1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the White Oak Dental Studio website (https://www.whiteoakdentalstudio.com) and the services we provide at our clinic in Morabadi, Ranchi. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.
• A booking request is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Please arrive a few minutes early and share accurate medical and dental history so we can treat you safely.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least a few hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling.

4. Treatment & Cost Estimates

• Any prices shown online or quoted before examination are indicative starting points only.
• A final treatment plan and cost estimate are provided after the dentist examines you, in writing, before treatment begins.
• Dentistry depends on individual factors; while we follow best practices, no specific clinical outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the clinic on or after the day of treatment, unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. Any applicable taxes are charged as per law.

6. Founding Patient Offer

• The Founding Patient offer is limited to the first 50 registered patients.
• Benefits include a free first consultation and 10% off treatments for 180 days from our opening date.
• Offers are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

7. Medical Disclaimer
